The Siemens Business Conference (SBC) is a management conference on a high corporate level. The challenge is to develop new ways of communicating your strategy and core messages while engaging the participants.

For this purpose, they thought a bit outside the box and used three movable screens for the stage set instead of a big screen. Especially the fact that the three LED screens could and should be moved on stage during the show meant challenges in terms of content design and animation on the one hand, but also allowed for interesting as well as pretty possibilities on the other hand.

Our work and involvement started exactly at this point. We were hired to put all the speech content and everything else from the two-day conference into a visually appealing package.So, in collaboration with Feedback Communication, we developed and designed a modular concept that allowed us to distribute the content separately or across multiple screens – depending on whether the LEDs were positioned together or separately.

In order to be able to implement even late change requests from Siemens, we relied on real-time rendering software for the creation and animation of all content shown from the very beginning.

The conference was a successful event and Siemens was very grateful for our contribution. So probably see you all again next year.
